Hi friends! Today’s What I Ate Wednesday is quite a bit shorter than usual; I hope you still enjoy it though. I started with fruit picked off of a neighbour’s tree. I didn’t know we could grow these in Calgary! I sipped on a smoothie all day long because I was hard at work. My work, of course, was a recipe tutorial for an epic donut. One of my very favourite donuts. And dinner was pulled from the freezer. Sometimes, I need easy vegan meals that I can get in quick. While I love food, my life doesn’t revolve around it.
