Today I’m showing you guys what I ate in a day while trying out some new recipes! I had been feeling like I was stuck in a food rut lately but after coming back from LA I have a bunch of ideas for new recipes to try. I hope you enjoyed the video!

RECIPE:

Coconut Chocolate Granola:
1 1/2 cups oats
1/3 cup sliced almonds
1/3 cup chocolate coconut chips
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
3-4 tbsp liquid sweetener such as maple syrup
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Stir together ingredients. Bake in 350 F oven for 15 minutes, stirring half way through and checking to make sure it doesn’t burn.
